📅 Return Period
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
🎥 Mandatory Unboxing Video Proof
To be eligible for any return or claim (missing, damaged, or wrong item), you must provide a clear unboxing video:
- Video must be recorded from the start of opening the sealed parcel
- Parcel label and packaging must be clearly visible
- Video should be continuous (no cuts or edits)
⚠️ Without video proof, we will not be able to process any complaints or returns.
✅ Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
- Unboxing video proof is mandatory
❌ Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or damaged items (not due to our fault)
- Items without original packaging
- Claims without unboxing video proof
- Personal care items (if opened/used)
🔄 Exchange Policy
We only replace items if:
- They are defective
- They are damaged
- You received the wrong item
(Valid video proof required)
🚚 Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days
- Share your order details + unboxing video
- Our team will review and provide return instructions
- Ship the item back to the given address
💸 Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days
- Refunds are issued via original payment method or bank transfer (for COD)
🚫 Return Shipping
- Customer bears return shipping cost (unless item is defective/wrong)
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable

- Requests after 7 days will not be accepted
- We reserve the right to reject claims that don’t meet the above conditions
